The Ecodome process is done without solvents or resins making it more eco-friendly that traditional chrome emblems. The materials used in this process have gone through vigorous testing to comply to even the toughest industry standards.

The process starts by taking a ‘flat’ artwork file and creating a detailed cross section of what the side profile will look like when it is in its 3D form. From there add color, finishes, textures, embossing or debossing. You will then have a finished piece that will be the envy of your competitors.

The materials used in the process are customized to match the performance requirements of the specific industry. Final application of the badge can be accomplished through pressure sensitive or thermo-adhesive methods.
