At DuraTech Industries, we know we all are facing unprecedented challenges in the weeks ahead. It seems that each day brings something new. As a company, we are doing everything we can to protect our team members while still safely servicing our customers.
We understand many of our customers are essential to the medical, energy, and transportation and supply chain. Therefore and in accordance with the memorandum from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security dated March 19, 2020, in areas where “shelter-in-place” laws are in invoked, we will remain open as an “essential” business that supplies other essential businesses with the support or supplies necessary to operate.
We are fully stocked and operating normally. Our customer service teams are fully responding to all requests as our team members and their work environments adapt as necessary to insure a “business as usual” capability.
We are in constant communication with manufacturers and transportation companies to maintain a constant and uninterrupted flow of supplies and their transportation to you. We continue to assess contingency scenarios as needed to forecast and minimize disruption during these challenging times.
The well-being of our team members is top priority for us and while we work safely, we know the importance of having reliable supply chain logistics. If a situation does arise, we will proactively contact individual customers with specific details and applicable alternatives.
Given the uncertainties posed by the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we will do our very best to support you, our users and your organizations. We all have a role to play in contributing to the health and welfare of our communities. We will base our decisions on the safety of you our team and be a responsible partner in the communities we serve.
